great value for money is the biggest asset of this hotel. Very reasonably priced and the rooms are decent . The location is good next to the subway

After reading the reviews, I was a little hesitate. However, I thought the rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. I was pleasantly surprised!!

Hotel was fine for a quick visit to NYC. Good size bed, ok in terms of comfort. Room was plain but clean. Staff were not overly outgoing but overall pleasant. Very convenient for early trip to LaGuardia the next morning. Pretty good access to public transport.

Location is ideal - flew into JFK and flew out of La Guardia, so this hotel placed me perfectly for that. Additionally, you're a 10 minute walk from the train/subway taking you straight into Manhatten. You have all you need - shower, bath (needed with all the steps you'll do), comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, aircon/heating unit, WiFi, TV etc. In terms of cleanliness, you get what you pay for - the place is clearly cleaned before your stay but it's a little run down. Not an issue though.

It was a large room in the middle of Queens close to the 7 train. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. It wasn't bad for the price & would recommend.

It was an affordable option in a pinch especially for NYC. The staff was accommodating and helped me change rooms immediately. The room was decently clean. The elevator was fast when it was working.

The hotel is a short walk from a well-connected subway station. It was very easy to get from La Guardia airport to the hotel, and from the hotel into Manhattan. The local neighbourhood is friendly and feels very safe. The hotel was clean and the room had all advertised amenities. I couldn't understand what some of the negative reviews on Booking.com were talking about. I look forward to staying here again.

I really love this hotel and I would definitely book it again the next time I come to New York, the location is only 10 mins walk away from 61 Woodside Station getting the 7 line to change for trains to Manhattan and Brooklyn, the TV was great me coming from the UK I got to watch live English soccer games on the sport Channel, the double bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, hot water was very consistent, cleaning staff were very consistent changing the towels. $100 deposit but 100% refunded on check out

Cable was imoperable/out. Inside phone sevice not answered to desk. I could not leave room for personal reason. I called hotel on my cell to voice my concerns several times NO ANWSER. Awefu rool...hair on sheet and bath towel. No soap in despencers for shower/tub. I want my monies back!!! Drop this hotel frombBooking ASAP. Useless!
